The cottage was the first home for the Bradshaw family. It was built to serve as a landing place while they began to design their dreams. The building was completed in 1992 and the whole family lived there while the log home was being constructed.
The cottage now serves as a guest house with it’s own full bath, washer, dryer and a 512 sf.
upstairs living area. The 768 sf. lower level has been converted primarily to storage - one of
many places on the property to store what is needed for future endeavors.
The Red Barn
The 34x36 horse barn was built just a few years ago. It is built to serve multiple horses. It features brick stall walls, insulation throughout the building and was constructed with heart pine 2x6 ceiling construction.
There is an office area, a tack room and stalls. The 360 sf. upper level of the barn is fully floored for hay storage and is accessed by an integrated staircase. The barn opens to pasture area with another run-in barn and is a beautiful place for people and horses.
The Tractor Barn
The 12x32 tractor barn sits directly behind the cottage and has ample storage for equipment. There is also an attached chicken coop to the right of the tractor barn.
